ABOUT BRIDGEWORK

Welcome to Bridgework Mentoring, where we help men of all ages connect their personal relationships with Jesus Christ with their professional callings in the secular workplace. We provide:

  • Mentoring and coaching to help men live skillfully and by faith.
  • Counseling for men who are experiencing discouragement or defeat.
  • Career assessment and coaching to determine one’s true calling.
  • Consulting to churches in the development of men’s ministries.
Our History

Dr. Chris Taylor and a group of Christian businessmen founded Bridgework Mentoring in 1998 to address what they saw as a waning influence for Christ in the marketplace. Dr. Taylor’s purpose, then and now, is to encourage and equip men to walk consistently at home, at church and at work.

DR. CHRIS TAYLOR, Ph.D.
Founder

Dr. Chris Taylor is the founder of Bridgework and a lifelong mentor with more than 30 years of experience guiding men toward spiritual maturity and leadership. With a deep conviction that faith and work are inseparable, Chris challenges men to live out their beliefs with integrity in the home, in the marketplace and in their communities.

He believes men are called to more than success. They are called to purpose. Chris equips men to embrace their identity as disciples of Christ and to view their work not just as a job but as a divine calling. Through one-on-one coaching, group mentoring and strategic counsel, he helps men grow in both spiritual depth and practical leadership.

Chris founded Bridgework Mentoring to be a trusted space for men seeking clarity, direction and growth. Under his leadership, Bridgework has become a catalyst for transformation by helping men strengthen their faith, lead with purpose and walk confidently in their God-given calling.
